We have often received requests from other livestock practitioners to order just Phase 2 of Early Bird to use as a liver supplement for patients recovering from liver damage due to a variety of diseases. Therefore, we are now offering the same formula, without the addition of Phase 1, for the benefit of small ruminants and camelids needing additional supportive care for various liver-related indications.
100 grams: treats one animal five times, or up to five animals one time.
Liver Support Formula
Instructions for Sheep and Goats:
Topdress grain with 2 tsp per head per day for 7 days for a full week's course.
Instructions for Alpacas:
Topdress feed with 1 tsp per head per day for 3 days, then increase to 2 tsp per head per day for 4 days for a full week's course.
For camelids or small ruminants with residual liver damage due to acute or chronic conditions of various etiologies.
Repeat as often as once a month until liver values improve.
